- Negotiating and managing contracts;
- Sponsor coaching; setting up the essential processes and procedures;
- Providing and organising training;
- Preparing the Clinical Development Plan, Investigator Brochure, protocol and other key documents;
- Organising the manufacture and packaging of trial drug supplies;
- Arranging clinical trials insurance;
- Assisting in the selection of investigational sites;
- Managing the contract research organisation, freelance monitors and other service providers on the sponsor’s behalf.
